1. Penggunaan Software

STORE2GO memberi Anda hak untuk mengakses dan memakai Layanan STORE2GO melalui Website kami dengan peran penggunaan yang sudah ditentukan untuk Anda, sesuai dengan jenis layanan yang Anda pilih. Hak ini non-eksklusif, tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, dan dibatasi oleh dan bergantung pada perjanjian ini. Anda mengakui dan menyutujui, bergantung kepada perjanjian tertulis apapun yang berlaku antara Pengguna, atau hukum lainnya yang berlaku:

1. Bahwa Pengguna bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan atas nama akun dan password serta segala kegiatan yang diatasnamakan nama akun Anda.
2. bahwa adalah tanggung jawab Pengguna untuk menentukan siapa yang mendapat akses sebagai Pengguna Diundang dan jenis peran dan hak yang mereka punya untuk mengakses jenis data yang Anda miliki.
3. bahwa tanggung jawab Pengguna untuk semua penggunaan Layanan oleh Pengguna Diundang.
4. bahwa tanggung jawab Pengguna untuk mengendalikan setiap akses untuk Pengguna Diundang kepada organisasi dan Layanan yang relevan setiap saat, dan bisa menarik atau mengubah akses Pengguna Diundang kapanpun, untuk alasan apapun di dalam kasus manapun.
5. jika ada perselisihan antara Pengguna dan Pengguna Diundang mengenai akses kepada organisasi atau Layanan apapun, Pengguna yang harus membuat keputusan dan mengatur akses ke Data atau Layanan yang Pengguna Diundang akan dapat, jika ada.

2. Availability of Our Support Services Our Product Support service is available through 2 media:

1. WhatsApp: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday
2. Email: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday Chat and Email received outside working hours will be replied to within 24 hours starting from the working day.

3. Your Obligations

1. Payment Obligations An invoice for the Access Fee will be generated on a monthly basis, starting one month from the date you start subscribing for the STORE2GO Services or from the date the free trial period ends. All invoices will contain the Access Fee for the one month period of future usage. STORE2GO will continue to generate invoices for you on a monthly basis until this agreement is terminated in accordance with clause 8. S all invoices from STORE2GO will be sent to you, or to the billing contact you have provided, by email, chat, or notification 7 days before the due date . You must make payment for the entire amount stated on your invoice before the due date for the invoice passes, which must be paid 7 days from the time the invoice is sent by STORE2GO. You are responsible for the payment of all taxes and duties added to the Access Fee. You are also requested to retain proof of transaction. If the service is interrupted before payment is made, we will activate the service within 2 working days. The user acknowledges and agrees that the prices listed on the STORE2GO website are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
2. General Obligations You must ensure that you only use the Services and the Website for your proper and legitimate internal business purposes, subject to the Terms and Conditions and notices posted by STORE2GO or the terms stated on the Website. You may use the Services and the Website on behalf of other persons or entities, or to provide services to them, but you must ensure that you are authorized to do so, and that all parties receiving the Services through you fulfill and agree to all the terms of this Agreement that apply to you.
3. Terms of Access You shall ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access the STORE2GO Services are stored securely and confidentially. You must immediately notify STORE2GO of any unauthorized use of your password, or any other breach of security, and STORE2GO will change your password, and you must take all other actions STORE2GO deems reasonably necessary to maintain or enhance the security of STORE2GO's computer systems and networks, and your access to our Services. As a condition of these Terms, when accessing and using the STORE2GO Services, you must:
   1. Not attempt to undermine the security or INTEGRITY of STORE2GO's computer systems or networks, or if its Services are hosted by a third party, that third party's computer systems or networks.
   2. Not use or misuse the STORE2GO Services in any way that may interfere with other users' ability to use the Services or the Website.
   3. Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any material other than that for which you have expressly obtained permission to access, or to access our computer systems on which the Services are hosted.
   4. Do not transmit, or otherwise input into the Website: any files that may damage another person's computer equipment or software, abusive material, or any material or Data that violates any law (including Data or other material protected by copyright or trade secret which you do not have the right to use).
   5. Not attempt to modify, copy, imitate, disassemble, or reverse engineer any computer program used to provide the STORE2GO Services, or to use the Website beyond its necessary and intended use.
   6. Not violate any applicable laws (including but not limited to regulations regarding export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising), the rights of other parties whether intellectual, human rights, and others, and the rules stipulated in this Agreement.
   7. Not provide information and content that is false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, immoral, pornographic, discriminatory or racist.
   8. Do not take or collect information from other users, including email addresses, without their knowledge.
4. Limitations on Use of the STORE2GO Services may be subject to limitations including, but not limited to, monthly transaction volume, features that can be used, and the number of calls you are authorized to make to the STORE2GO application programming interface. Where applicable, such limitations will be specified and listed on the relevant Service.
5. Communication Terms As a condition of these Terms, if you use any communication tools available through the Website (such as any forum or chat room), you agree to use those communication tools only for legitimate purposes. You may not use such communication tools to post or distribute any material that is not related to your use of the Services, including (but not limited to): offers of goods and services for sale, unsolicited or unsolicited commercial e-mails, files that may damage other people's computer equipment or software, material that may be offensive to other users of the Services or the Website, or material that violates any law (including material protected by copyright or trade secrets which you do not have the right to use). When you make communications of any kind on the Website, you warrant that you are authorized to make such communications. STORE2GO is under no obligation to ensure that communications on the Website are legal and correct, or that they relate solely to the use of the Services. STORE2GO reserves the right to remove any communication at any time in its sole discretion.

6. Indemnification Liability You release STORE2GO from all: claims, suits, costs losses, damages, and losses arising as a result of your breach of the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement, or any liability you may have to STORE2GO, including (but not limited to) any costs related to the acquisition of any Access Fees that are due but not yet paid by you

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

1. Confidentiality Each party undertakes to keep confidential all Confidential Information of the other party in connection with this provision. Each party WILL NOT, without the written consent of the other party, disclose or provide Confidential Information to anyone, or use it for its own purposes, other than as contemplated by these Terms. Each party's obligations hereunder shall survive termination of these Terms. The provisions of the clause do not apply to information that:
   1. It is common knowledge that other than the violation of this provision.
   2. Received from a third party who legitimately obtained it, and has no obligation to limit its disclosure.
   3. Developed in-house without access to Confidential Information.
2. Privacy STORE2GO has and maintains a privacy policy that describes and sets out the parties' obligations to respect personal information. You are advised to read our privacy policy here, and you will be deemed to have agreed to that policy when you agree to these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of and all Intellectual Property Rights acquired in the Services, the Website, and any documentation related to the Services remain the property of STORE2GO. The STORE2GO website, name, and related icons and logos are registered trademarks in various jurisdictions and are protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws. The use, alteration or posting of the aforementioned marks for personal gain and to disparage STORE2GO is strictly prohibited. Each User and Invited User agrees not to copy, use or download all information, writings, images, video recordings, directories, documents, databases or advertisements on the STORE2GO website or obtained through the STORE2GO website for any purpose including and not limited to reselling or redistributing the contents of the STORE2GO website, conducting mass marketing (via email, SMS, regular mail or other), running a business to compete with the STORE2GO website or utilizing the STORE2GO website for commercial purposes outside of transaction activities with STORE2GO. Users are not allowed to take the contents of the STORE2GO website systematically to create or compile, either directly or indirectly, collections, compilations, databases or directories (either using automated devices or manual processes) without our written permission. In addition, Users are not allowed to use the aforementioned contents or materials for any purpose not mentioned in this Agreement. Ownership and all Intellectual Property Rights contained in the Data remain yours. However, access to your Data is subject to the type of Service selected as well as payment of the STORE2GO Service Fee when the bill is due. You authorize STORE2GO to use, copy, transmit, store and back-up your information and Data for the purpose of providing you with access to and use of the STORE2GO Services, or for any other purpose related to the provision of our services to you. You are strongly advised to keep copies of all Data that you input into the STORE2GO Services. STORE2GO adheres to policies and follows best procedures to prevent data loss, including daily system routines for data back-up, but does not make any guarantee that there will never be any loss of Data. STORE2GO expressly excludes liability for any loss of Data from any cause.

6. Guarantee and Recognition

1. You warrant that, if you are registering to use the Services on behalf of another person, you have the authority to agree to these Terms on that person's behalf, and agree that by registering to use the STORE2GO Services, you bind the person on whose behalf you are acting to, or with intent to, take action on their behalf to any obligations to which you have agreed in these Terms, without limiting your own obligations to their terms.
2. You recognize that:
   1. You are authorized to use the Services and the Website, and to access the information and Data that you input into the Website, including any information or Data input into the Website by anyone you have authorized to use the STORE2GO Services. You are also authorized to access information and data that has been processed, which is made available to you through your use of the Website and our Services (whether the information and data is your own or that of others).
   2. STORE2GO has no liability to anyone other than you, and there is no intention in this Agreement to benefit anyone other than you. If you use the Services or access the Website on behalf of or for the benefit of someone other than you (whether or not an incorporated organization, or otherwise), you agree that:
      1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right to do so.
      2. You are responsible for authorizing anyone to whom you provide access to information or Data, and you agree that STORE2GO has no responsibility to provide anyone access to such information or Data without your authorization, and may present any request for information to you for service.
      3. You release STORE2GO from any claim or loss related to: STORE2GO's refusal to provide anyone with access to your information or Data in accordance with these terms. STORE2GO's provision of information or Data to anyone can only be done based on your authorization.
   3. The provision of access to, and use of the STORE2GO Services is provided as is and at your own risk.
   4. STORE2GO does not warrant that use of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Among other things, the operation and availability of systems used to access the Services, including public telephone services, computer networks and the Internet, can be unpredictable and may from time to time disrupt or prevent access to the Services. STORE2GO shall in no way be liable for any such interruptions, or prevention of access to the use of the Services.
   5. STORE2GO is not your accountant, and use of the Services does not constitute acceptance of accounting advice. If you have any accounting questions, please contact an accountant.
   6. It is your responsibility to determine that our Services meet your business needs and can be used for their intended purpose.
   7. You remain responsible for complying with all applicable accounting, taxation and other laws. It is Your responsibility to check that the storage of and access to Your Data through the Services and the Website remains in compliance with any laws applicable to You (including any laws that require You to keep records).
   8. We cooperate with trusted banking/payment service providers in providing various balance withdrawal methods that can be used by Users. Each User can clarify the balance withdrawal transaction that has been carried out directly to the banking service provider that cooperates with us in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
   9. K ethics to withdraw the balance of sales proceeds from the STORE2GO account, you must register a bank account with information that matches the data listed in the STORE2GO account and also the Identity Card (KTP) used.
3. STORE2GO makes no warranties for its Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, STORE2GO does not warrant that our Services will meet your requirements, or that they will be fit for your intended purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, all conditions or warranties that could be construed are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement.
4. You warrant and represent that you are obtaining the right to access and use the Services for business purposes and that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, consumer guarantees under laws or statutes intended to protect non-business consumers in any jurisdiction do not apply to the provision of the Services, the Website, or these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STORE2GO excludes all liability and responsibility to you (or any other person) in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any loss (including loss of information, data, profits, and savings) or damage resulting, directly or indirectly, from any use of, or reliance on, the Services or the Website.
2. If you suffer any loss or damage due to STORE2GO's negligence or failure to fulfill this provision, any claim from you to STORE2GO arising out of STORE2GO's negligence or failure shall be limited in respect of any one occurrence to the Access Fee paid by you in that month, or the value of the loss incurred by the user, whichever is the lower value. If you are dissatisfied with its Services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of our Services in accordance with clause 8.

8. Contract Termination

1. We cooperate with trusted banking/payment service providers in providing various payment methods that can be used by Users. You have the right to choose the payment method that has been provided by us, which the User feels more comfortable and easy in transacting with the STORE2GO website, where any payment administration fees will be deferred to the user.
2. Trial Period Policy: When you first register to access the Service, you may evaluate the Service on the terms of a predetermined trial period, with no obligation to continue using the Service. If you choose to continue using the Service after the trial period is over, you will begin to be billed from the same day that you enter information for your billing. If you choose to stop using the Service, you can choose not to pay your Access Fee in the following month.
3. STORE2GO does not provide refunds for the remaining prepaid period on your Access Fee subscription
4. These Terms will apply for the period covered by the Access Fees that have been or may be paid in clause 3 paragraph 1. At the end of each billing period, these Terms will continue automatically for a further period for the same length of time, provided that you continue to pay the Access Fees specified when due, unless either party terminates these Terms by notice to the other party at least 30 days before the end of the relevant payment period.
5. Breach
   1. If you breach any of these Terms (including, but not limited to, non-payment of any Access Fees) and do not resolve the breach issue within 14 days of receiving notice of the breach if the breach issue could have been resolved.
   2. If you are in breach of any of these Terms and that breach cannot be remedied (including, but not limited to) any breach of clause 3 paragraph 4 or failure to pay Access Fees that are more than 30 days past their due date, please contact us.
   3. If you or your business goes bankrupt, or is going through the process of ending the organization's existence, STORE2GO can take any or all of the following actions:
      1. Terminate this Agreement and your use of our Services and Website.
      2. Suspend your access to the Services and the STORE2GO Website for an indefinite period.
      3. Suspend access or terminate access to all Data or any Data.
   4. Termination of these Terms is without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the parties accrued up to the date of termination. On termination of this Agreement you will remain liable for any accrued charges and amounts due for payment before or after termination, and immediately cease using our Services and Website.

9. Other General Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions, together with STORE2GO's Privacy Policy and the terms of any notices or instructions given to you under these Terms and Conditions supersede and extinguish all prior agreements, representations (whether oral or written), and understandings, and constitute the entire agreement between you and STORE2GO relating to the Services and the other matters addressed in these Terms..
2. The headings in this Agreement are for reference only, and in no way define, limit, describe or elaborate on what is or is included in the article.
3. The non-exercise of Our right to claim Our rights under this Agreement or the non-action taken by Us against a breach committed by the User of this Agreement will not waive or not waive Our right to take legal action against similar or subsequent breaches.
4. If either party waives any breach of these Terms, this will not waive them from any other breach. Waivers are not effective unless made in writing.
5. The parties shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of their obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond their control. This paragraph shall not apply to any monetary payment obligation.
6. You may not assign or transfer the rights to any other person without the express written consent of STORE2GO
7. In the event of a dispute between the two parties, it will try to be resolved by deliberation first to reach consensus. If in this way no agreement is reached, then both parties agree to resolve the matter through legal procedures by choosing the legal position of the Republic of Indonesia at the West Jakarta District Court Office.
8. Any notice given under these Terms by one party to the other shall be in writing by email or chat and shall be deemed given at the time of transmission. Notices to STORE2GO shall be sent to contact@store2go.co.id or to la email address notified to you by STORE2GO. Notices to you will be sent to the email address or telephone number you provided when establishing your access to our Services
9. Subscription is a recurring payment paid in advance to consume the application services provided by STORE2GO.co.id. Once the subscription has been purchased, you can cancel at any time without any additional charges except those already paid. Cancellation requires a maximum of 31 days before it becomes effective.
